'Roo's are like rabbits, can breed up at astonishing rates in good times. With cattle or sheep, land has to be relatively clear & water not all that far apart, then cull the dingoes & BOOM!. This is the main reasons that their numbers have exploded.
Makes a nice main course meat dish, marinate in red wine & garlic, cook on a very hot plate or barby & whatever you do do not cook to 'well done', you might as well eat cardboard!
