"Jugged Hare", Hunting the Hares of the Barossa Vineyards

Jugged Hare is the recipe made from wild hare, red wine and blood, made in a "jug" or casserole, slow cooked. Barossa hares shot in the vineyards are already "marinated" by eating vine leaves.
