I think the difference between Gryphon and Brooks perpectives is that Brook is speaking as an American whereby hunts are usually guided or for a few animals/tags/lotteries per season etc.
And for that sort of hunting lifestyle the entire world is easier to hunt with todays opportunies.

Gryph is coming across from the distinctly Aussie perspective of being able to hunt "however you want, whenever you want in any volume you want".Free from limits or regulations.
Like we basically do here in Australia.
And as they use to in the old days everywhere.
