My first rimfire was a Winchester 1995 single shot.. First shotgun was a single shot hammer 12 gauge.. believe it was a Savage?? I blew up the barrel crawling up on geese in the early morning..plugged the bore with mud.. took it home and sawed it off.. was then my snowmobile fox/coyote shotgun.. worked equally well for that..
