You can get Rem 700 with detachable and HS Precision rifles come with detachable.

Rifles such as the Weatherby in the calibres based on the 378 case from 30/378 through to 460 and the Sauer come with in line feed magazines so it would not be a great feat of engineering to convert them to detachable and with big magazine capacity.
