Mesquite makes great bar-b-que coals too i`m sure i have heard before---(correct me if wrong) bit the same here we have some fantastic native timbers but most of them have gone the way of fence posts or firewood and its really only in the last 20 years that the local product is finally being recognised though i think that for pure indulgence the best presidential grade Euro walnut takes the cake.
