500 Nitro,I have made a habit of loading 3 soft and one solid however speaking to other experienced hunters ,a lot of whom are regular contributors on this sight including yourself, I will in future load 2 soft followed by 2 solid rounds when hunting heavy dangerous game..
Further I would not attempt to hunt buff with anything smaller than a 375 or its equivelents..
