Posting here coz its an Aussie wood,actually Tasmanian grown,black heart sassafrass it is and the stock is about 1/2 finished and on its way to my mate gilamonster in new Mexico as a favour for past deeds done,he is an avid stock maker for himself and loves to play with things like this.What you think of the wood? the pics were flatbed scanned.
