Not my projectile in the deer.

I was skinning a sambar deer last week and found this flattened lead.I have no idea what it is but there was no sign of it being a recent whack.The deer carried it with no fuss and it seems some clown had more faith in his rifle than warranted.
I hardly think a .22LR would hit hard enough on a deer hide to flatten as it did.
