agreed! I have been into fishing all my life and see the same thing, I like fly fishing, but am not a snob about it, will spin and bait fish too, but I never take more than what I can use immediately, the rest go back, there are some people who have to take as many fish as they can regardless of size etc, I look at this the same way,I wouldn't have a problem if they were just taking a yearling to fill the freezer and nothing more, not my cup of tea, but wouldn't have a problem, but that doesn't seem to be the case here, zero skill and zero morality.
