Theres not much we wont eat from a home killed or shot animal..except its arsehole and feet.

Deer tongues..yum!Save a few and either pickle and simmer or just simmer without pickling.

Daryl I have always loved home killed birds gizzards,livers,feet from goslings/ducks/fowl etc.
