A scoped .308 or equivalent is mandated for feral vertebrate animal culling in Australia, however our members use a variety of chamberings of similar ME up to .45-70 etc.

I bought that Ruger RSI specifically for culling as I had borrowed one for a few days many years ago and really liked it. Got lucky and picked that one up for a song, it had been a safe queen for 15 years but has been making up for lost time in my employ ever since!
