And probably all of the venison, camel and crocodile is actually farmed meat. The roo would probably all be 100% wild shot.

Good to see the general consumer enjoying game meats, as it may make those persons more sympathetic to hunters even if they don't hunt themselves.

But why can't we have true wild shot game in our supermarkets? Often because of laws to protect abattoirs, meat processors and for example deer farmers asked for laws to prevent wild shot deer in our butchers.

As our members know, a lot of game meats are sold by hunters and farmers overseas to game meat buyers or consumers in most countries.
