I like the number of mounts acting as visual reminders of your many good times in the field. Your display of family items to include the piece of timber that your father cut from the iron bark tree is a nice touch. Having lost my father not all that long ago I can understand how items that to others may appear unassuming can mean a great deal to one understanding their origins. Now that they’re all together you’ll be able to sit down, scan the room and enjoy the many memories that will come pouring in.
