The reason those "hares" are there is obvious....they're wayward and lost souls that have come to your sundial for direction and council.

Erik....a good morning to the entire Scandanavian community.....and especially those Danes. Grandpa's name was Jensen and he came from Copenhagen....Grandma's name was Hansen...
My Father, a Switzer, once asked them how they was so sure that they was Dane because of all the "fence jumping" over there?.....The reply...."you Swiss are merely jealous".
