We were asked to knock over a few whilst we are out there, along with pigs and horses. We picked the oldest animal out that we had seen in 5 days. We are there hunting before choppers knock them. After looking at 100 different buffalo this was easily identifiable as an old animal even though they will get hit from the sky. Older animals were selected along the way for pig baits as well.
