Quote: I best describe it as "fishy chicken". But the flavour or perception of it can change from dish to dish, or time to time. First had crocodile back in 1986, Aussie Saltwater croc. The same year I think the movie "Crocodile Dundee" came out. Then a couple of years later, had some Nile Crocodile in Kenya, and again some more in Botswana. Ha ha, a joke, what makes croc taste like pork? I wonder if there is a difference between Aussie salties and freshwater crocs in flavour? |
