Well I've eaten plenty of NT Pork and it hasn't killed me yet and I wouldn't say some of the methods of cooking are the best I've seen but that's the way it is. I do agree with Mick though, get it to the cool room quickly and have it well cooked. Re the SE pigs, have seen a few with lots of things on them and left them where they are. Like Mick says, some areas are worse than others. |
