Matt, we inspect for worms , also lungs liver for any cysts. Some areas are high in round worm so avoid taking from these ares.
Our biggest concern is getting them to cool quickly. Usual kill in the evening or at night. Or close to the cool room.
The piglets are grown out on pig grower and wormed.
