We take smaller sows ,Of good country and process them or piglets and raise them on pig grower. Heres a sow we scolded and butchered some of the best pork I have eaten. We make our own bacon by dry rubbing and it doesnt last very long. Comes out like spec.
Generaly the floodplains produce the best pork. Mick
