We take smaller sows ,Of good country and process them or piglets and raise them on pig grower. Heres a sow we scolded and butchered some of the best pork I have eaten. We make our own bacon by dry rubbing and it doesnt last very long. Comes out like spec. Generaly the floodplains produce the best pork. Mick sow bled and hosed down scolded 2 boiling 1 cold scraping hair off. Finished product ready for chiller
