That is Mount John I believe, on the left side of the pass into the Pound. I climbed that "mountain" the first time when I was 13 on a school excursion for geography. I love Wilpena Pound. The walk to and up to the summit of St Mary's Peak is a good walk too, a days walk up to it, and then down into the Pound and through the bottom to the Pass and out to the camping ground.
