They often are, and will charge more often than buffalo.

Alan Moon whom used to run guided hunts in Far North Queensland for pigs and scrub bulls, said the scrub bulls were often tooey. And someone else I forget whom, said scrub bulls are more likely to charge than either water or cape buffalo. They are probably a bit less heavy etc though.

I've had two scrub bull encounters which were "near" charges and one "near" charge of a water buffalo. "Near" charge as in not a full one confirmed charge (eg in one case it was charging but didn't now where I was

), or close to one, ie a part one, before I backed out.
