A very interesting story which is usual with your reporting. I must admit that the Hankook 'Brand' may not be as popular as some but I used to use them on the patrol cars as they were 'Cheap' by normal standards and wore very well and as you said took a fair amount of abuse before they punctured and any-one who knows a security patrolman and their driving habits will understand that comment.

It is a shame about the photos but the advice that I gave about an External backup just proved to me that 'Anything' that can go wrong will. I had backed up both the computers drives automatically for the last 3 months when the 2TB external backup drive failed for no reason. I was told to send it back and they would provide a new one at no charge but as for the data.... Bad Luck.... so I spoke to my local computer guy who said that 4 out of 5 that failed would only be the carrier and thankfully he was correct and $45 later I was back up with all my data so it just proves that nothing in life is certain except death and taxes. So I guess to be positively sure you have to Backup the Backup.
