Is the chital deer sorta like the sambar in looks?The rusa and hog deer I dont think i have ever seen a picture of them.I bet they are all good to bar-b-Q on the old pit cooker.Do you guys ever make jerkey?Also the neck roast is one of my favorite tender cuts of meat...Stew anyone?It dont get no better eating than that.....
