Still the ever reliable 7mm RM

Good eating alright ,right now Im eating his ribs done in a 145c oven for 1.5 hrs the ribs were coated in ground ginger,light soy,sesame oil,chilli,fish sauce and Jap rice wine vinegar...bloody excellent tucker to come out of the field too.
