I am sure there are certain greeny-like individuals who would gladly sacrifice themselves (or more likely, sacrifice others) in order to feed this croc.

It certainly is an amazing croc. I recall seeing a 4 meter long one while anchored up at Thursday Island in 1988. According to the locals, a couple of kids had recently been taken by a croc nearby, but nobody could say if it was the one we saw that was guilty. Swimming wasn't an option for us there and then anyway, due to the strong current.
