None of mine are safe ballast as I've bought them on the cheap over many years and trusted the right people to get them better. I've had a VIC fella called Zorro P plus sundry stalkers comment on the fact that they get an outing. (Zorro took a real liking to a takedown, near mint 9.5 x 57 MS and the AL mob the same for the Henry when chasing banteng).

As for the Henry I had a sambar near Omeo dead to rights except the case split, like throwing a bloody marble for all the good it did!
