Hm I know what you mean - well here is how it is done here - I guess you have heard of Rajmond Debevec - anyway - there are only 2 mil. of us (Slovenians) and Ljubljana is a rather small village and so it happens I know Rajmond - very modest guy that runs a local shooting school and a small shop with shooting goodies. I am buying Elley .22 l.r. ammo there. State did employed him in the Army (symbolic) - better than nothing, however still...
