I've never hunted Australia or New Zeland but am seriously considering a combination hunting, or fishing trip to be combined with something that my non hunting/fishing wife would enjoy(no wise cracks please

). Can anyone point this Yank in the right direction with some ideas and contacts? Thanks.

I must add that mountain hunts are out, as I've got a very bad knee, and a surgically reconstructed ankle, the results of too many Rugby matches.
