Well basically you can still own all types of firearms if you can get the right licence but since this is just about impossible for the average bloke you can use the following

Rimfires (no semi-autos)

Shotguns (No semi-autos or pump action )

Centrefire (No semi-autos)

Handguns (Range use only)

and all firearms have to be registered as I said before get the right licence you can own anything but the average shooter can get the above.
