who needs a new project?

I'm broke and don't need another project, but someone should buy this old gal and put her back to proper.

a rare chance to build a real fraiser stalking rifle. I have nothing to do with this fine gun by the way, other than my eternal lust for british and scottish falling blocks.

That rifle makes me think less of Biesen. Why is it that it is so expensive?

Hey Droplock is that a pre-Hereen, Hereen?

Thanks,

Because its a daniel fraiser best quality action. If the gun was unmolested it would be 10k+.....something special about scottish falling blocks. Frasier trained at Alex Henry's
and learned a thing or two along the way. It would be shame, but I would use mr. Biesens hard work as a pattern for a stalking rifle and rebarrel that gun to something like .360 #2 or .375 flanged. Thats only because I already have a .303, a .256 and .300 flanged. This would make a great project, especially if that engraving is still sharp.

I hate seeing crap like that Biesen gun, there should be a prison for gunsmiths that hack British and Scotish classics to pieces. All I see is an action.

The other is a Heeren action rifle, total dud cartridge, and doesn't look proper at all action forward. I recommend staying away.
