New lever pivot screw, which my brother lathed out, and then finished by Steve Bertram after the engraving.
Perfect match!


Integral rib is very neat but makes for a heavy barrel.

Absolutely phenomenal! It does the heart wonders to know that there were a few men who saw fit to leave such works of art in their original state. I have seen so many butcher jobs over the years. Of these the varmint rifle conversions haunt me the most- what on earth were they thinking?

People have done that? Turned something like this into a bloody varmint rig??????
I've seen some hack jobs done, but not that...........yet

^ if you have followed the histories of falling block single shot rifles then the answer is YES.

Please do some research as it's most informative to say the least...
