I have a few higher power, 4-16 and 6-24X FFP scopes and like them very much. Most are mounted on my air rifles & since they all have MOA reticles with a lot of stadia wires, they give a multitude of fixed aiming points or longer range shooting.
I have found this on-line ballistics calculator to be quite accurate to 1000yards with a couple of my rifles. Plug and play, putting in your bullet BC and velocity, this chart gives the MOA correction all the way to 1000 yards - or more.
I think it can also be set up for meters.

Check out the Hornady 4DOF system...very simple, can use yards or meters..enter the bullet info..proof it out ..good to go and very accurate..

I was using using it make 800 to 1000 yard 1st shot hit very common..used it out to 1400 yards in Texas Gunwerks shooting school
