2021 Mauser Project Rifle - Gunsmith Recommendation Welcome

Well, it's almost 20212 - and I'm looking to kick off a project rifle for 2021 - rebarreling and perhaps restocking a Zastava M70 to 7X57 from 8X57JS. I'm in the US and would welcome a recommendation as to a gunsmith who still works on Mausers - and can bring steel and wood together a great traditional hunting rifle.
