Rigby .416 London Best
      #368304 - 14/08/22 03:07 AM

From Rigby.

This beautiful example of a .416 Rigby London Best Vintage Edition is built to the specifications of pre-1940 rifles held in our collection. Like all London Bests, it is a rifle custom-built according to the client’s wishes. Housed in a lightweight canvas case, with a full set of accessories, the rifle features a peep sight and most notably, no engravings. #RIGBY #GUNMAKING #LONDONBEST #VINTAGEEDITION

That is certainly a lovely piece of kit ready for taking on safari!
Only thing I'd ask Rigby to change (if I could even buy one of these gems) is to change the profile of the very tip of the for end, too squarish for me. I'd have it made more of a roundish profile - just my 2c's worth

London Best is usually made to the clients specification. Order one and have it made to your liking!

Too squarish for me too. One thing to change on my orders after I win lotto!

One nice thing about this rifle is its v0bare, "plain", a working rifle. No engraving. A good "old" example, similar to those vintage rifles we enjoy.

Sometimes the girl without an inch of makeup is so much nicer.
