And one like the rifle that Don missed - from Dorleac

I have an e-mail with pictures of a rifle sold by Dorleac and Dorleac in France recently which was sold recently by them in an unfired condition. M. Joel Dorleac, who heads the company, writes:

Hello Mehul,

About the very special one-of-a-kind Mauser that was auctioned off at RIA earlier and that Don missed, please have a look at another one of the same type we have sold that year.
That rifle was in near new condition and appeared to have never been fired.
The Dr. Gerard scope was fitted on special first type Oberndorf claw mounts who seemed to have been specially built for that optic.
Enjoy…and wait for my next mail.

Pre-WW1 Mausers in this condition are few and far between. Beautiful. Thanks for posting.
