Good news for high end British double & single shot collectors. An amazing showing yesterday, and this morning so far, the first round totaled 6.2 million dollars.

The little Dan'l Fraser (boxlock) hammered at $40,000.00 which totals $46,000.00 with the premium. Whoa.

I'm having to fight for every item like never before, there's droves of wealthy overseas buyers sitting here with me, and 3 phones in particular that are bidding up everything to the moon.

I'm sitting here live at the auction, but thought I would post here for a quick Nitro Express update.

Thanks for the update. That's pretty consistent with what my gun dealer friends have said to me, that the sinking dollar has reversed the flow of high end guns from what used to be into the US and now is a flood going the other way. Hope you find something you like and put it in your collection. Dave

James is a class act, and really knows how to auction a lot of hardware. I was speaking to him this morning, and he feels prices will continue to rise at a rate of 15-20% a year!
