Very nice.

I'd like to see that leather case he speaks of, including it's label.
I own a J&W Tolley from the same period, mine has India game scenes and extensive fine scroll coverage and is a bottleneck 450, although I don't have a period case for it.

Tinker,then i am envious of you.

Those high-relief engraved type rifles are extremely hard to get hold of.

I stupidly missed one once..........typical.

Pains me to think upon it.

Rodda,with high-relief engraving of elephants,tigers,rhino and so on......an extreme piece.

Was 500x3" BP........with motoring case.
