Double gun case restoration, where to buy locking hardware?

I have been doing quite a bit of restoration of old English, and a very few German, double gun cases, mostly oak and leather. My latest project is a very nice old original two gun oak and leather case, that has the locking mechanism missing (some bloke probably took it off case to replace one he needed), so does anybody know where I might find a locking mechanism, with all associated brass hardware to buy, to fit to this case? Good original style brass corners, handles, straps, etc. are available, or can be made, but I have never had to find the locking mechanism, so know not where to look. Please help.
