Double Rifle Glossary

How about putting together a glossary page for us single barrel folks who need to do a little catch up on terminology?

For example - What is the mechanical difference between a box lock and a side lock? Splinter forends? (he must of dropped it) Chopper Lump Barrels??

There is a pretty good list of definitions, glossary, etc., at Hallowell & Co. I couldn't get thier home page to load this morning to give you the direct link. But it's easy to find.

That is a good idea. I would like something like this at NE.com but also with illustrations and photos. We were only mentioning it the other day as a possible future project. Maybe bit by bit and members can help out with parts of it.
