Best gun dealers for high quality shotguns in Aust?

I have had an enquiry from someone looking to get a high quality shotgun valued and perhaps to sell.

Who are the best persons, or gun dealers in Australia for valuing and / or selling a HQ shotgun? Melbourne or Vic location preferred. Otherwise NSW or Sydney? If someone else elsewhere please suggest.

The shotgun is reported to be a 1949 H&H Royal Grade 12g in near-new condition.

Without seeing the shotgun, what would be a guesstimate of its value?

If it's cased in the maker's case with accessories, in near new condition, with good stock dimensions (LOP of 14.5 or more), unaltered and with 28 or 30" barrels - sounds to me like USD 40-45k retail. Without all these attributes, a bit, or a lot, less - depending. This is just a guess from following auction and dealer prices.
