Robust, yes but I have to wonder how long it sat before taking it's picture.
For a newly made action to be rusty all over, might speak volumes of the maker/seller.

This barrelled action has been out for sale for a loong time. I mean, I saw this action in 1997 or so. Original owner wanted to build a bolt gun in 600NE but it never materialised.
