Personnally, it's good news, big tuskers are still roaming undetected.
I don't know what's the main cause of outrage.

Is it shooting a trophy elephant that can have attracted tourists, but was unknown? Where's the logic? An elephant is no lion, his territory encompasses a couple of countries, a lion at most a couple of counties.

So many self proclamed ecologists, living in your pockets, pretending to know any notabele games and exposed to be just what they are, hopeless badmouthing parasites.
