When shooting from the back of a bakkie, here is a solution to the problem of thick bush. A bit of height!

An earlier photo.

Was working through some photos from 2006, sorting them out, sizing them for the web and found the funny photo.

One of our tyres fell off on a mountain road on the drive out. A day spent lighting a fire, heating up the rim etc and trying to beat stuff back into shape. A couple of guys sent walking in either direction to telephone for assistance. After a few hours a passing UNESCO vehicle stopped having picked up one of the guys walking to a telephone, and a recovery truck from camp was organised.

Luckily as client I got sit in the truck cab, not the wobbly landcruiser.
