Mine saw use on Rabbits, foxes, goats, deer (fallow, Sambar and Reds), pigs, scrub bulls at ranges from a few metres to 500 odd metres.
It's definitely a flexible round and one I absolutely love.

Very similar trajectory to a .30-06. A good pair, one of each.

A great cartridge yes it most certainly is, sorry gents but the 9.3x64mm tops it!

Yes I like it for that very reason, it's flat enough to reach out to longer ranges, powerful enough for the biggest game and still reasonably pleasant to shoot.

Or a .300 H&H Mag and the .375 H&H Mag.
