last saturday my dad and I took the 375 No.1 to the range and hammered off the remainder of box #1. it shoots a little right and WAY high... problem is that the rear sight is already all the way down!!!!

now, we were only at 50yds (small targets, bad light, some wind, open sights.... you get the idea), but things were very well grouped. I suspect that with some decent optics and a good rest (we were at "grandma's" and the Neligh Gun Club is minimalist at best!), we would be looking at 2" even with a 270gr RN. I'm ok with that for the time being. next box will be 300gr noslers, but I need to clean it first!

on dad's first shot, he stood up square like he was shooting trap and it rocked him WELL back on his heels... it was hilarious!!! I wish I'd taken video! his grin was HUGE!

anyway, the addiction is in full-effect, expect "tweaking" to follow this summer!
