Turkey season 2013 has begun...

My friend Rod and I went out opening morning --he called in a tom the first hour...got them to within 20 ft..a bit close ..had to let him run a bit before pulling the trigger...Rod has gotten really good at calling...

Felt awesome to be out and about....

Do you aim for the head / neck or the body
when shooting Turkey's ?

And what gun / load are you using ?

Was using 12 gauge- 3"Mags -4 shot--Extended range...

Just using a Remington 870 pump---all blacked out...

Aimed for the head/neck area...
