Hunting Story competition - Win a DVD of the movie "Zulu"

A new competition in answer to a couple of replies to the Hunt Report competition. As the entries were more stories than hunt reports I have decided to open a new competition for another DVD.

So tell us a hunting story - Africa, USA, Alaska, Canada, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand or anywhere.

Any topic of hunting interest. Maybe a magic waterfowl hunt, deer opening morning

, a near miss by a bear, or a wily kudu in the African bush.

Photos are a big plus - even if not taken during the hunt but as illustrations. Preference to first post unpublished elsewhere or original stories.

This competition can run for say a month or two.

To enter either reply on this thread or post a link to your thread from another forum eg if a deer hunt in Australia and you post it in the Australian hunting forum - post a link here.

(hint - in the address bar above when you have your post open - right click on it the address highlighting it all - then copy. Go to this thread click on URL below on the REPLY screen and then right click on the http:// box that appears. Click on OK or continue and then type in the name of your story. OK and you have created the link.)

The prize DVD reportedly is multi-zone and will work in zones 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. However I can only test them for zones 1 & 4 (ie USA and Australia). Prize includes postage to wherever you are.
