Advice on a serious DR case?

I'm looking for a case or cases for my double rifles. It would be for airline travel.

Chapuis 450-400 with scope
Chapuis 9.3x74r with scope
7x65r with scope ( second set of barrels)

I don't think I would bring both rifles and all three barrels sets to Africa, I was thinking about getting a case for both rifles, two barrel sets , two scopes and a set of shooting sticks. Does this end up with a case that is to large? Do I get a smaller case for each?

Who makes a good travel case? I was thinking Americase but I would love some advise and even pictures if you have them.

Get a travel tough luggage case (FAA rated) and add partitions?

My frieds have used these cases. They do not look so charming but are very tough.
