Any good reviews or articles on the Remington SPR22 Double ?

Look here and on accuratereloading.com

I would very much steer clear of magazine articles on this rifle - as they will (if they exist) be strongly biased (loyal to advertising clients) and likely full of total hogwash.

I see you're looking for max loads for these rifles, your searches should focus on the discussions of the factory proof and how to interpret that kind of information.
All you need to know is here and on accuratereloading.
